Grilled Pomfret

Pomfret is a sea fish, which can be cooked in a variety of ways. This recipe shows how to make Grilled Pomfret.
Ingredients:
For Stuffing
1.    Pomfret : 2
2.    Ginger paste: 2 teaspoon
3.    Garlic paste: 2 teaspoon
4.    Lime juice: 2 tbsp
5.    Salt: to taste
For Marination
1.    Curd: 200gms
2.    Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoon
3.    Garam masala powder: ½ teaspoon
4.    Ajwaiin: 1 teaspoon
5.    Pepper powder: ½ teaspoon
6.    Salt: to taste
7.    Roasted bengalgram flour (Besan): 1 tablespoon (Roasted in 2 tspn butter)
8.    Butter for basting: 2 teaspoon
Method:
1.    Clean the Pomfret and keep it whole.
2.    Make 3inch long cuts/slits with a sharp knife on both sides of the fish at one-inch distance.
3.    Rub pomfret with limejuice, salt and ginger & garlic paste.
4.    For the marination- mix all the ingredients to a smooth paste.
5.    Evenly apply the paste to the pomfret on all sides.
6.    Marinade for 2-3 hours and cook it on griller /oven /barbeque at 180-200 degrees, for 12-15 mins. While cooking Apply butter for basting.
7.    Remove and serve hot with a lemon wedge/cucumber/onions.
